TERMS OF SERVICE

NOTE: My TOS is always subject to changes.

PAYMENT
★I accept paypal (.me link, or an invoice for larger commissions), kofi you can inquire about gift cards
★Refunds ARE dependent on the situation, but typically I'll follow a system where the farther in I am in the commissions, the less I'll refund.
EX. 100% if not started
70% If sketch finished
50% if lineart finished, etc.
★You may either pay 100% after the sketch, or upfront only. If the commission is 50$+, then you may ask me about 50% upfront, then 50% after the sketch.
★PLEASE do NOT chargeback if sending with paypal! Talk to me first!
★When commissioning me and sending me the payment, you are AGREEING to receive a DIGITAL product (unless you are explicitly getting a physical item), as well as agreeing to follow the rest of my TOS. DO NOT add an address if sending USD through my paypal.me link.GENERAL
★I MAY HAVE A LONG WAIT TIME. My motivation flucuates, and my motivation rocks back and forth. (I'm also in school.) The estimated finish time for the art may be a day all the way to several months. I WILL PROVIDE PROGRESS IF ASKED FOR. This does not allow you to push me about answering your message, but I will try my best to answer in a timely manner.
★Commissions are for PERSONAL USE, includes but isn't limited to profile pictures, posting on your personal social media account, uploading to social media with visible credit somewhere, etc. DO NOT USE FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
★Extended explanation to the above, you may use my art as a profile picture without credit, but if you are posting my art onto your personal social media account, all I ask for is visible credit anywhere on the post.
★Do not claim the art as yours
★I may post your commission on various social media platforms (Twitter, Insta, Etc.) unless told beforehand that this isn't okay.
★I reserve the right to decline any commission
★I reserve the right to cancel any commission and refund.DESIGNS
★While I don't usually make designs, if you happen to be in possession of a design, all I ask is that you don't sell it above any price you got it for, unless theres any added art coming with the character. Thanks! Trading and gifting are okay
★Redesigning is okay so long as I still have credit somewhere for the original design
